Vegetarian Pizza

| 2 | | onions chopped thinly | |
| 2 | | capsicums chopped | |
| 2 | | tomatoes chopped | |
| 50 | grams | cheese | |
| | salt and pepper as required | |
| 1 | tablespoon | butter | |
| | semolina ( to sprinkle ) | |
| | herbs ( like rosemary, basil, oregano ) | |
| | garlic ( 4 - 5 flakes chopped ) | |
| | parmesan cheese ( to sprinkle ) | |
| | baking paper | |
| 3 | table spoon | sweet chilli sauce | |
| | olives | |
| | mushrooms (cut in to thick slices ) | |
| Cooking procedure |
| Preheat oven for 200 d centigrade
For making pizza nan:-
1 Soak yeast in luke warm milk for 10 to 15 minutes with 1 tsp sugar.
2 Mix maida, salt and oil together in a bowl till it blends well.
3 make a dent in the centre and pour milk yeast mixture.
4 gather flour with finger tips, add more warm water and mix to a
soft
dough. ( like a chapati dough consistency ).
5 Do not knead it.
6 Keep covered in a warm place for 5 to 6 hours till it doubles in
it's
volume.
7 Divide the dough in to two parts equally.
8 roll it out gently using maida like a thick chapati.
9 Prick on top with fork in many places.
Now sprinkle some semolina on top of the baking paper.
10 Arrange the nan on the baking paper.
11 Apply melted butter on top.
12 add sweet chilli sauce to it and spread.
13 Sprinkle all the herbs on top with garlic.
14 arrange onions, tomatoes, capsicum, olives, mushrooms and
sprinkle
with salt and pepper.
15 spread grated cheese on top with parmesan ( just sprinkle over
the
top ).
16 repeat the same with the other part of the dough.
17 bake at 200 d centigrade for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese
melts
and bubbles. |

| I would rather cook Onions in a microwave to get soften. You can use
Some broccoli florets also. Add some oil, herbs and white venegar
and
chopped onions,broccoli florets in a bowl and cook for a minute and
cover. |
