Yogurt Chutney

Number of servings: 3

Yogurt Chutney.

List of ingredients:
  1 cup curd / yogurt 225
  1 small (70gms) onions 70
  1 Small tomatoes 255
  According to taste salt 6
  1 bunch coriander (chopped) 20

Cooking procedure
Finely chop onions and tomatoes.

Mix with one cup of beaten yogur.

Add salt to taste. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Goes well with chapati,roti,rice.
Any additional information:
Add finely chopped pieces of cucumber / tomato / pineapple.

Add grated carrot / seeds of pomegranate / seedless grapes.
