1 raw mango chopped 3 green or red chillies 2 spoons puffy chana dal 1 spoon mustard seeds 1/2 spoon jeera 1/4 spoon methi seeds a lil asafetida a lil turmeric
Heat a lil oil, add turmeric, a few curry leaves (optional), asafetida, jeera, mustard adn methi seeds. When done, add the chillies. Remove and cool slightly. Now blend this into coarse paste wiht the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and serve. If needed, you can add a lil tamarind pulp (only if the chutney is not tangy enough)
