Mix all the ingredients together, add water and knead into a thick dough. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll the balls into thin chapattis with a chapatti pin. Let the chapattis dry for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then cut them into little diamonds and fry till dark brown. Your crispy nimkis are ready to eat.
Storage Tips:
These do not get spoilt easily. You can make lots of them and store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.

You can use all purpose flour instead of wheat flour.
