Mushroom Fry
Mushroom fry is a easy dish and can be prepared anytime. It goes well with rice or chapathi.

- Ingredients:
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 in number onion
- 4 in number green chillies
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder (dhaniya powder)
- For seasoning:
- 1 in number dry red chilli
- 1 in number garlic pod
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin (jeera) seeds
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp salt ( to taste)
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
Cooking procedure:
Method: Step 1: Heat oil in a pan. Season with all seasoning ingredients. Then add choppe donion and chopped green chillies and fry for a couple of minutes. Step 2: When the onions are golden brown, add chopped mushroom pieces, salt and cover with a lid. After 10 minutes, remove the lid and keep frying by stirring occasionally. Step 3: When all the water has evaporated, add chilli powder and turmeric and mix well. Add 1/2 tsp of coriander powder in the end and mix well. Fry until mushrooms are brown. Serve hot with rice and dal or chapathi.
