How can I use cooked rice that has been refrigerated? I dont like reheating
Well, you can use this rice to make a multitude of different recipes, but I would suggest thawing it for a while, if not reheat before you make something with it.

A few easy options would be tamarind rice, lemon rice and curd rice. For all these, the rice need not be hot, and thawing the rice will do.

Curd Rice ¼ cup curds 2 cups cooked rice salt to taste Popu (seasoning) ½ spoon mustard seeds ½ spoon jeera ½ spoon chana dal ½ spoon urad dal 3 spoons ghee 4 to 5 curry leaves 1 green chilli chopped Garnish a handful dry fruits 3
