Q: Dear Ammas, Thank you for previous replies. Me and my husband are planning to buy desktops for our parents homes in India so that they can chat with us frequently and it will be easy for them to send mails regularly. Can we order the desktops online so that they can be delivered in India? If so, please tell the site names and also tell what are the rates of computers and internet connections in India right now if possible. Thanks in advance. Waiting for your reply.

Q: I would like to know how to delete the list of names which come up in the text boxes when we type something.eg:-when we did a search earlier.I think they are called cookies.

A: Hi Rohini,


There are 2 ways of doing this.


One way is by individually deleting the names. The other is by deleting all the names, and if you want to also ensuring that the names dont come again.


Anyway, the first method is just to select the name and hit the delete button. The name will be deleted.


The other method is as follows :


On your main menu, go to TOOLS.


Then click on INTERNET OPTIONS.


Click on the CONTENT tab.


Under PERSONAL INFORMATION, you will find a command button - "AUTO COMPLETE".Click on it.


Under CLEAR AUTO COMPLETE HISTORY, click on the CLEAR FORMS
